What you can reuse.

• Original data compilation.
• Derived Intelligence Hours results.
• Accompanying API and data-use documentation.

You may redistribute and adapt the covered material, including commercially, under the licence's terms. Give appropriate credit to Kwangseob Ahn / INLEVEL9 and the Intelligence Hours Index, link to the licence, and indicate changes. Attribution does not imply endorsement. Retain source attribution and applicable third-party notices.

Facts in the public domain and uses already permitted by applicable exceptions remain unaffected. This notice does not imply that a licence is required for every factual value, and it grants no rights that the author does not hold.

Separately scoped material.

• Historical Zenodo deposit.
• Previously recorded snapshots and existing archive packages.
• Trademarks and third-party subscription services.

Third-party source material retains its applicable terms and notices. Capturing a source page does not establish permission to republish its body. The historical Zenodo deposit keeps its own deposited version and licensing terms; its DOI does not identify the live index. The public research paper and application source code are outside this grant.

Previously recorded snapshots and existing archive packages are outside this new grant. Their original response bytes and metadata remain unchanged. Use their separately recorded terms and source notices; this page does not retrospectively assign them a licence.

The licence terms.

Read the CC BY 4.0 deed, legal code and Creative Commons database guidance. Compliant recipients retain the granted rights; later removal of website distribution does not revoke their licence. This grant does not cover trademark or third-party subscription rights.

Citation and reproducibility.

Observation dates, wage jurisdictions, methodology and basket versions, retrieval timestamps, fixed revision IDs and retained checksums are recommended research practice. These details do not add mandatory restrictions to CC BY 4.0.

Current results can change. Keep a downloaded response and its source dates, or use an exact recorded revision where available for a fixed quotation. Checksums detect changes to retained files; they do not authenticate authorship, establish source freshness or resolve ownership.
